AccessibleEU Sweden - How banks can prepare for the EAA (24-AW-SE-01)

This event is a joint effort between AccessibleEU and the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS). One of the aims of AccessibleEU is to facilitate implementation of EU regulation on Accessibility in member states. PTS has the same ambition.

This time, focus is on bank services. There are some special requirements in the EAA that are unique to banks. Banks also have some common needs and quite a complex regulatory environment.

Thanks to the focus on banking, the event will be able to stay very relevant to this specific target audience. While this group is limited in size, its impact on citizens, with or without disabilities, is huge. Almost everybody needs banking services, and any accessibility problems can cause great frustration.
