AccessibleEU takes part in ZeroCon24

Four AccessibleEU workshops were organised within the Zero Project Conference 2024 to support the implementation of European accessibility policies and legislation.

AccessibleEU hosted four workshops about the implementation of European accessibility policies as part of the Zero Project Conference 2024 (ZeroCon24), which took place on 21-23 February in Vienna, Austria.

Under the name “Implementing accessibility legislation. Global Experiences and perspectives for Exchanging and Learning”, AccessibleEU hosted three simultaenous panels on 22 February, which represented three of the four thematic pillars of the AccessibleEU: Built Environment, Transport, and Policies and Standards. 

At the same time, AccessibleEU Austria held the workshop "ICT and Digital Transformation", where AccessibleEU experts Klaus Hoeckner and Klaus Miesenberger discussed the implications of the changing policy and legal frameworks on digital accessibility.
