ELVIS (Electronic Publications Management Information System) is a virtual library for anyone who cannot read a normal printed text. ELVIS funds store thousands of titles of popular audio books (including audio books for children), audio magazines, films with sound representation, digital books (PDF, DAISY, EPUB formats), digital Braille publications, audio performances. The ELVIS virtual library was created and administered by the Lithuanian Audiosensory Library (LAB), which serves not only the blind, but also other people who cannot read normal printed text.

The virtual library ELVIS is linked to the national library platform LIBIS and the international accessible books platform ABC (Accessible Books Consortium) and its  resources are constantly supplemented not only with talking books produced by the Lithuanian Audio Sensory Library, but also with accessible format publications created by publishers, products of the Lithuanian Film Centre and other products created by responsible creators, as long as they are accessible to those who cannot read standard printed text.
