Zavod Brez ovir specializes in ensuring the accessibility of facilities in Slovenia. They carry out comprehensive adaptation of buildings for people with various disabilities in all facilities, such as public institutions, health, dental and other medical institutions, schools and colleges, shopping centers, event centers and other public areas. They offer everything from the initial inspection of the facility to the final execution of adjustment works.

They take care of appropriate adaptations of buildings for people with mobility impairments, for the blind and partially sighted, as well as for the deaf and hard of hearing. For this purpose, they carry out the installation of floor tactile markings and marking tables in Braille, the installation of various ramps and handles, the installation of various stairlifts and lifting platforms for the disabled, the installation of hearing loops, light alarms...

Access for the physically challenged has already been provided in many buildings, for example at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana, in the Supernova shopping center, in the NGEN business and shopping center, at the UKC Ljubljana Eye Clinic, the Šiška railway station, the Nova Gorica bus station, Dunajska cesta in Ljubljana, at Ljubljana Castle, etc.
