The establishment of the Programmed Accessibility Agenda (Ad'AP) in France has made it possible to breathe new life into the accessibility of establishments open to the public. For cultural and heritage establishments, this necessity is accompanied by a requirement, that of offering the same level of quality of visit, spectacle, information to all visitors.
However, many questions remain about how to actually begin this project. This seminar explores, through questions and concrete cases, ways of considering this accessibility.
