Webperf monitors accessibility and a wide range of other quality parameters that can be automatically measured. The results are updated monthly, and scored in a transparent manner, allowing website owners to benchmark with similar organizations (reports are organized by sector).
Of course, only some aspects of accessibility can be measured automatically, but this is a good starting point. And having accessibility visible as one out of several quality dimensions (such as data protection and performance) highlights to decision makers that all of these dimensions are important.
