AccessibleEU is one of the flagship initiatives proposed by the European Commission Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2021-2030. It is a resource Centre on accessibility working on areas such as built environment, transport, information and communication technologies to ensure the participation of persons with disabilities in all areas of life on equal basis with others.

Held in Madrid onsite and online, the two-day gathering will be an opportunity to reflect on the progress made since AccessibleEU was launched and to explore how accessibility can continue to support Europe's economic and social development.
One of the initiatives contributing to these objectives is “START for Persons with Disabilities in Entrepreneurship”, a programme implemented by the National Authority for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (ANPDPD).
The workshop will explore how accessibility measures and human support services can work together to create effective architectures of inclusion for people with disabilities. It will be held on 7 October in Brussels.
